Dillian Whyte showed his class after knocking out Alexander Povetkin last night, fetching the old man a stool before squeezing water of his head.
There never really was any legitimate bad blood between these two parties. This fight had a strictly business feel to it, with both fighters needing to get the victory in order to earn themselves a title shot.

Whyte was the firm favourite in the first fight and even knocked Povetkin down twice before being caught with a huge left hand. You had to assume that he would not make the same mistake on Saturday night, and he didnโt โ he was virtually flawless.
Not only was Whyte a class act in terms of his boxing last night, though. After the fight was halted, with the 32-year-old having landed some huge shots, opted against prioritising his celebrations, even though the win will have huge significance for his career.
Instead, Whyte fetched Povetkin a stool, stood with the Russian veteran in his corner to make sure he was okay, before squirting water over his head to cool him down. Is his classy โ or a little patronising?
