Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk collide on May 18th to determine who is the number one heavyweight on the planet.

The pair put all of the major belts on the line to crown a first undisputed heavyweight champion since 1999 when Lennox Lewis defeated Evander Holyfield to achieve the feat.

One man that has faced ‘The Gypsy King’ is Dillian Whyte who was stopped by the WBC champion in their 2022 encounter at Wembley stadium.

Speaking to Boxing Social he found it hard to pick a winner between the heavyweight titlists.

He said: “I’m struggling to make a prediction for that fight. It’s very hard to pick. You can make a case for both guys and it’s a 50-50 match-up. It’s a case of who wants it more, and who has done the right things in training.”

Whyte continued by saying that he believes the real Tyson Fury will show up against the Ukrainian.

“Fury wakes up for real fights. He wont train for Usyk the same way he trained for Ngannou. You could see that as he was in shape when the Usyk fight got rescheduled.”
