David Moyes has certainly found his talisman in midfield, Moyes is known for getting the very best out of big midfielders like Marouane Fellaini at Everton and now he has Thomas Soucek at West Ham. David brought him to the club for a reported €21 million from Salvia Prague in the summer of 2020.
Since joining the Hammers, Soucek has racked up 5 goals in 17 games and has seemed to be the difference in a lot of Wets Ham’s tight games. Tonight seemed to be one of those games with both teams struggling to get a foot hold and find the winner but a move which started with the big midfielder was ended by him too, Soucek took a powerful shot on goal which was parried out of the box by Pickford finds it’s way to Cresswell who put in a hopeful shot towards goal. Mina gets a foot on the ball which just helps it towards Tomas who then puts a strong boot through the ball and places it into the back of the Everton net.
