What a cracking game of rugby that was on Saturday evening between both Leinster and Northampton Saints at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
One South African supporter believes Leinster lost due to how big their squad is ..

Perhaps Leinster having so much depth is actually the problem?
They rotate their squad too much and lack the synergy that rival teams tend to build up at the back-end of the season

I don’t think it’s rotation, it think it’s bottling. Leinster come under pressure so infrequently, that when they do they bottle it. It’s why the Leinster dominated Ireland team are yet to win a knock out game, like ever. Psychologically scarred
Their best team never actually plays together. Instead of using trips to SA as a bonding exercise and stress-test, they send the C-team and stay cozy with mommy, dreaming of imminent future silverwareEvery now and then a good team will have an off day and yesterday was Leinster’s. I wouldn’t be too concerned if I were them. They’ll no doubt be back – best thing for me was their one eyed supporters being put in their place. Sadly IMHO Saints have nowplayed their ‘final’ …Lack of pace is the problem. Strike plays work but after 4-5 phases teams consistently stop Leinster and Ireland from scoring. Long range tries scored today by Northampton just like the all blacks did at the World Cup.Leinster have a problem with respecting opposition. Shows in the way they play, at times they do silly things like they’re playing a Super Rugby team or something. I’d understand if that was the case
Not taking 3 points and extra time was astonishing arrogance Well done Northampton
