Jurgen Klopp made his feelings known to referee Paul Tierney at the full-time whistle of Tottenham vs Liverpool.
Klopp had already engaged in a war of words with Tierney in the first-half of the contest following Harry Kane’s rash challenge on Andy Robertson.
The German was booked, but Klopp didn’t drop it, with the pair being seen discussing the incident in the tunnel at half-time.
Considering Robertson was later sent off himself for a challenge which was arguably not as bad as Kane’s you could have predicted that Klopp would not be a happy man at full-time.
The Liverpool manager made a beeline for referee Tierney after the full-time whistle blew, berating the match official and saying that he’s “never played football,” appearing to question his understanding of the game.
You can forgive Klopp for being angry considering the circumstances, but something tells us he’s going to land himself in hot water with the FA here…
