The official England Twitter account shared a picture of Marcus Rashford training with Manchester United target Jadon Sancho – and fans went wild.
Rashford has become somewhat of a poster-boy for Man United. He’s home-bred, a fully-fledged first-teamer, as well as conducting himself in an exemplary manner off the field with his charity work and campaigning.
In truth, he’s the perfect person to act as the face of negotiations for the Red Devils while attempting to convince players to join the club, especially if they’re English and training alongside him ahead of the Euro 2020 tournament.
In case you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll be well aware that, as The Athletic report, Man United are working on a deal to bring Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund – and have been for some time now.
You have to think that the England Twitter admin knew exactly what he was doing when posting the below picture, which shows Sancho and Rashford all smiles while doing gym work together on Three Lions duty.
