Carl Froch has told Conor McGregor that he should ‘stay retired’ and enjoy his money.
The Notorious has been out of action since suffering defeat to Dustin Poirier in 2021 but is thought to be close to a return to the Octagon and likely against Michael Chandler.

Froch and the former two-division UFC champ have had beef in the past and speaking to the ‘In The Zone Podcast’, Froch gave ‘The Notorious’ some advice.
“Conor is finding out he just isn’t that big a puncher”, said Froch
“He’s trying to make a comeback and I think he just needs to stay retired and enjoy all of the money he has made from his career.”
“I’ve got massive admiration for Conor McGregor, he’s had a great Mixed Martial Arts career but he needs to sort his head out and he needs to stop fighting, in my opinion.”
