Conor McGregor has been in the news yet again. This time, he is not directly involved.
The former MMA fighter’s popular Black Forge Inn pub in Dublin has caught fire.
McGregor won two world titles in UFC, and later decided to invest in several other business ventures.
The UFC fighter purchased The Black Forge pub for about £2m in 2019.
The pub is a popular attraction in Dublin, and McGregor’s fans often visit the pub in the hope of meeting him.
According to a report from the Daily Star, onlookers spotted thick black smoke emerging from the venue early on Friday morning.
Several police cars were present at the scene. Flames were visible near the entrance.
Firefighters quickly arrived at the pub on Drimnagh Road in Crumlin to tackle the fire and limit the damage.

This is not the first time the pub has caught fire.
In 2022, a group of thugs threw petrol bombs just hours after the former UFC champion was spotted there.
McGregor was not in attendance at the pub at the time the fire broke out. He was not present in the latest fire incident as well.
