(Video) Boxing legend Nigel Benn leaves son Conor STUNNED with punchbag score at 57-years-old

Former two-weight world champion Nigel Benn still has the EXACT SAME punch power as his son Conor Benn, despite being 32 years his senior.

Conor Benn has held the WBA Continental (Europe) welterweight title since 2018, having successfully defended the belt on five occasions. He boasts a 19-0 record and at 25-years-old you’d expect the best is yet to come.

His father, on the other hand, is 57. He previously won world titles at middleweight and super-middleweight, but that was back in the 90s. You’d now expect there to be a significant gap in quality between the pair when it comes to their boxing ability.

However, Nigel Benn proved on ITV’s Good Morning Britain show that age really is just a number, having produced the exact same score on the punchbag machine as his son Conor, an active, younger and fitter fighter.

It’s great to see the competitive spirit between the pair, but even better to see that Nigel Benn can still compare to active professional boxers, at least in terms of the power behind their punches.

What a legend – you can’t imagine his son being happy with this…
