Conor Benn has been very vocal in calling out some big names this year.
The Brit defeated Peter Dobson at the start of the month and then turned his attention to some of boxing’s biggest names.
Including the formidable Gervonta Davis who boasts a record of 29-0 with 27 KOs.
Taking to social media Benn confirmed talks are underway for the huge clash and that his promoter, Eddie Hearn had sent an offer for the fight.

Former super-middleweight world champion, George Groves gave his assessment on the clash.
Speaking on Froch on Fighting he said: “I haven’t seen the last Benn fight, I know he won on points, and I think he weighed in a couple of pounds over the welterweight limit. Davis is a lightweight, so he’s got a couple of divisions to go up.
“Davis is up for it, 100%, and they seem like two characters that don’t want to shy away from a fight. Benn doesn’t want to admit to whatever he has to admit to get a license so will have to carry on fighting in the States and the Eubank fight isn’t gunna happen.
As for a prediction Groves admitted he favoured the American.
He said” “I dunno, I wouldn’t go against Davis. Benn, is the best still yet to come? He’s naturally bigger but doesn’t have a comprehensive boxing background.”
