The Record goal scorer for Newcastle United Alan Shearer was on Gary Neville’s The Overlap during the week and the former England captain couldn’t resit but to take a cheeky dig at Newcastle United’s biggest rivals Sunderland.
Neville asked the legendary striker: “Best thing about Sunderland?”
Shearer replied: “Is there anything good about Sunderland?”
Neville said: “Anything?”
Shearer responded: “They’re in League One?”
Neville couldn’t help but burst out laughing, before adding: “That’s brutal!”
