VAR is proving itself to be way too much of a pain rather than helpful as it ruled out Che Adam’s goal tonight during Manchester United’s thrashing of Southampton.
Hassenhuttl can not believe his eyes as he paced up and down the sideline while VAR made his day even worse. A run through from Che and the ball bouncing favorably after his first shot let him have a second chance which he slotted into the bottom left corner.
Fans have been calling VAR a ‘joke’ for this decision as the closer you look the more it seems Che is onside with both Fred and Maguire playing him onside.
A night that seemed like it couldn’t possibly get worse Southampton did and you can help but feel for them.
