Out of favour Donny van de Beek has given Manchester United manager Olé Gunnar Solskjaer a lot to ponder after the Dutch international put in a wonder first half display against Watford in the FA Cup.
The 23-year-old has found it hard to break into the United first team and credit to him he’s seized the opportunity to shine during his first start of 2021 against Watford.

Van de Beek created a wonderful opportunity for Juan Mata when he flicked the ball thorough for the Spaniard only for Mata’s shot to be saved.
Had the ball hit the back of the net Van de Beek’s assist would have arguably gone down as one of the assists of the season.

Van de Beek joined United on August 30th 2020 from Ajax on a five-year deal worth a reported £35 million plus £5 million in add-ons.
Since his arrival at Old Trafford the 23-year-olds opportunities have been minimal with the midfielder only making 20 appearances so far scoring just a solitary goal.
