Spartak Moscow have been in a joking mood as of recent with the club taking to social media to show they were attempting transfer negotiations with Lionel Messi and now they have taken aim at Timo Werner and Frank Lampard’s Chelsea. Timo Werner was the butt of many jokes after an abysmal performance against pep Guardiola’s Man City at home Sunday.
Pep’s side were dominating Chelsea all over the pitch with Gundogan, Foden and De Bruyne all getting on the score sheet with the final score Chelsea 1-3 Man City. Spartak Moscow’s social media team then took this chance to grow their TikTok and possibly even go viral and this clip has every chance to. They compared their perfect corner routine that they scored from to Timo Werner’s hilarious mishap where he managed to injure himself by kicking the corner flag.
