Paul Pogba has the weight of the world on his shoulders with fans and pundits criticising his every move but today was his chance to silence all his haters and break Liverpool’s unbeaten record at home.
Unfortunately he was not able to convert. The ball is handed to him on a platter by his teammate as he gets the ball directly in front of goal and then comes his mistake.
At this range, all his has to do is blast the ball a few inches either side of Alisson Becker and it’s a certain goal but he goes for immense power and blast the ball directly at the centre of Becker.
All Alisson had to do was stand there and he blocked the shot, poor decision from Paul that cost Manchester United 2 points and a clear gap at the top of the table.
