Former world heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson has said that he’d be open to fighting some of today’s biggest names in an exhibition match to raise money for charity.

During an interview with Boxing on BT Sport, the 54-year-old American said he’d be open to taking on fighters such as Anthony Joshua, Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury.

During the interview Tyson said: “They could have exhibitions, and take the money from the exhibitions, because they’re such big crowd pleasers, and they could help so many people.

“There’s so many people out there that we can do so much for, and it wouldn’t even be a tenth of their charitable heart to do something like that.

“In fact, fight exhibitions with me, and most of our charity would go to people who desperately need it.

“I want you to label them as exhibitions because there’s no hard feelings.”

Tyson hasn’t fought since 2005 but he’s been back in training recently in anticipation of his comeback charity fight with Jones Jr which is due to take place on November 28th 2020 at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles.
