Tyson Fury has made it clear again that he has no plans of returning to the boxing ring anytime soon.

The 36-year-old announced his retirement from professional boxing after back-to-back losses to Oleksandr Usyk last year.

The Gypsy King appeared to have made a U-turn on his decision when he asked Usyk for a trilogy fight, but as it stands, he won’t be lacing up his gloves again.

Boxing fans want to see a heavyweight fight between Fury and Anthony Joshua.

Saudi Arabia are interested in sponsoring the mega-money fight, reigniting the rivalry.

However, Fury does not appear to be interested in another heavyweight fight, as he insists he is staying retired.

He is not keen to take a heavy blow to his face again.

Referring to himself in third person, he said: “I hear a lot of talk about the Gypsy King returning to boxing and I ask this question: for what?

“What would I return for?

“More belts? I’ve won 22 of them.

“I’ve been rumped, that’s it, fair play to them, they got their use out of me.

“But I’m happy, I am happy, content with what I have achieved and accomplished.”

Fury shared an Instagram post where he was seen running and training again.

He says that the gym sessions are to keep his physical health in check.

To be fair, Fury has nothing to prove to anybody, and he can enjoy his retirement.
