Fans are absolutely furious with Premier League referee Graham Scott for one of his decisions in Southampton’s game with Wolves at St. Mary’s Stadium.
Scott awarded a penalty to Wolves for a handball from Saints defender Ryan Bertrand just inside the box after Nelson Semedo blasted the ball at him.
Bertrand can be seen turning away from the ball and tucking his arms in to avoid giving away the penalty but this was not a success as he didn’t do it fast enough.
The penalty was given and Ruben Neves confidently stepped upo to the spot and converted to bring Wolves level with the home side but was it the right call. Fans don’t seem to think so.
