Chelsea shot stopper and Senegal’s number one goalkeeper Édouard Mendy returned to his native country where he received a hero’s welcome from his teammates including Liverpool’s Saido Mane. Chelsea won their second Champions League last week against Premier League rivals Manchester City in a very impressive display from the blues.

What a signing the Senegal shot stopper has been for the blue side of London, Édouard Mendy has conceded very little goals and played a pivotal part in Chelsea’s season. Next season and this summer should be very interesting at West London as Chelsea will look to strengthen their squad.
