The pair famously faced-off for the lightweight title in October 2018 during a bout which saw ‘The Eagle’ claim a fourth round submission victory over the Irish superstar.
However, whilst currently preparing to host the first PPV event of the year (UFC 257), which will see McGregor headline once again, White was spotted chatting with the recently retired Nurmagomedov.
The top-tier promotion’s president was seen telling Nurmagomedov to imagine how much money he’d make if he agreed to comeback and compete in a rematch against McGregor.
