The final Tri Nations game could not have gone worse for Salakaia-Loto as he was given a straight red after coming on as a sub for the Wallabies.
The red was given in the 59โฒ as Salakaia-Loto went into so high into a tackle and connected his shoulder directly with the Pumas playerโs head.
