The Sky Sports News team have debated whether Thomas Tuchel could lose his job as Chelsea manager.
Tuchel was a revelation after taking the reins at Chelsea last season, winning the Champions League after less than five months in charge of the Blues.
Chelsea fans expected a fully-fledged title charge this campaign, especially after the club forked out on Romelu Lukaku, and the early-season signs were all positive.
However, after Manchester City scored a late winner against Arsenal at the Emirates, Chelsea have found themselves 11-points behind the reigning champions.
Considering Tuchel’s men will be hosting Liverpool at Stamford Bridge tomorrow afternoon and play City on the 15th of the month, their title prospects are now looking unlikely.
While it would have been unthinkable a few months ago, those providing analysis in the Sky Sports News studio on Saturday afternoon have found themselves discussing the prospect of Tuchel being sacked.
🗣 “They have sacked managers who won the Champions League in the past.” 👀

While you think Roman Abramovich will give Tuchel time to turn things around, especially considering how many injuries Chelsea have endured in recent weeks, he has sacked managers for less in the past.
Tuchel will be well aware that there are no guarantees over his continuation at Chelsea, should he be unable to deliver on his promise to win the Premier League title.
