Cristiano Ronaldo has done it again! The Manchester United superstar has made his mark in the Champions League, as he always does.
Man United, in the week that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was dismissed, headed into their Champions League tussle with Villarreal knowing that a victory would see them safely through to the next round.
It wasn’t vintage from Man United, but when you have a player of Ronaldo’s ability leading your line, you’re always in with a chance. The Red Devils have learnt that every step of the way in the competition to date, with CR7 making his mark AGAIN.

After Fred pressed high and won the ball back in Villarreal’s defensive third, Ronaldo made no mistake with the finish, beautifully lifting it over the goalkeeper and into the back of the net.
