Former Argentine striker and Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero has brutally mocked Cristiano Ronaldo for not appearing at the Club World Cup.
Ronaldo will not feature in the 32-team competition as Al-Nassr failed to earn a spot.
The Saudi Pro League side fell short in the four-year cycle to determine which teams would take part.
FIFA president Gianni Infantino suggested that Ronaldo could participate in this competition by joining any of the participating teams, but the Portuguese star has decided to continue at the Saudi Pro League club.
Aguero didn’t miss the opportunity to mock Ronaldo and made a number of pointed remarks recently.
Aguero!!! Absolute savage mode 😂 Speed got cooked! 🔥🤣

“You’re a very big fan of Cristiano, no?” Aguero asked American streamer IShowSpeed.
Speed responded in the affirmative and insisted that he still wanted to meet Messi.
Aguero continued: “I respect it, it’s OK. He’s a good player. I prefer Messi, of course.”
He then sarcastically asked Speed why his favourite player wasn’t featuring at the Club World Cup.
“Ronaldo is playing here now at the Club World Cup or no?” he quipped.
“Maybe he’ll have to watch on TV.”
Aguero also appeared to have taken a jibe at Portugal’s recent Nations League triumph.
“[Ronaldo] just won the [Euros] no?’ He asked. ‘Ah the Nations League… congratulations.”
