Marcus Rashford has asked his bodyguard to move in with him amid fears for his safety, according to The Sun.
Rashford himself, as far as we’re aware, is not in any immediate danger for any specific reasons we can explain, but there is a growing, concerning trend of Premier League footballers’ homes being targeted.
Whether it be burglaries while they are competing in games, or targeted attacks while they’re at home, a la Joao Cancelo, there’s reason enough for Premier League players to worry that they could be next.

Subsequently, as is reported by The Sun, Rashford has asked his minder and bodyguard to move in with him as a means to beef up the protection at his home and fend off any potential intruders.
It’s pretty devastating that players feel as though they’re not safe even in their own homes, but considering the increase in the frequency of these incidents, you can hardly blame Rashford for taking measures.
