Manchester United today announced the return of former player Darren Fletcher to the club and that he was joining as part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s coaching team. The return of the midfileder has brought up some old clips of how Darren spoke about French midfielder Paul Pogba. The Scottish midfielder did a stint of coaching while he was still playing at the club and now players Jesse Lingard and Paul Pogba were just reserves back then.

He spoke of how Pogba looked at himself differently to how the coaches viewed him and this is the kind of insight that Ole will need if he wants to unlock the World Cup winner. There has been lots of speculation at the club in recent weeks as to what will be the future for Paul with his agent Mino Raiola causing havoc on social media revealing how the Frenchman was unhappy at United and needed to leave.
🗣 "He sees himself as a central midfielder and we see him more of an attacking midfielder"

Maybe the key to Pogba’s future is to change his formation, would this make the player happy and hopefully convince him to stay at United?
