United fans were stunned when the French striker referenced their club in his Instagram post after PSG’s disappointing defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Mbappe posted a picture of himself but the translated caption read, ‘Manchester United’s team is now on PSG.’

Fans were left even more confused when Marcus Rashord replied to the post with a fire emoji but whether a deliberate message or a mistake it sparked a conversation among United fans.
