Reports are coming out of Manchester United’s training ground that Louis van Gaal has indeed been sacked.
Less than 48 hours after clinching their first major trophy since the departure of Sir. Alex Ferguson reports are coming out that the Dutch man and his backroom team have all been relieved of their duties which leaves the door open for José Mourinho to step in.

There has been no official confirmation from the club yet but a press release is expected to come out some time today.
Van Gaal is the second manager to take charge of the Red Devils since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson who was the clubs manager for 28 years prior to his retirement.
