José Mourinho is fuming with the Premier League over match postponements

According to Sky Sports Tottenham Hotspur manager José Mourinho is fuming with the Premier League because of all the match postponements his side has suffered.

Spurs are due to face Marine AFC in the FA Cup this weekend with two away trips in the Premier League scheduled for January 13th and 17th.

The Londoners are booked to face Sheffield United on the 13th and Aston Villa on the 17th with the Villa game in doubt due to a serious coronavirus outbreak.

Jose Mourinho has pleaded with the Premier League to “show leadership” and not punish Tottenham with further postponements due to coronavirus concerns.

Spurs have already had one Premier League game postponed when significant amount of Covid-19 cases were detected in the Fulham squad putting their fixture with Tottenham off until later in the season.

Before their game against Villa – which is in doubt- Spurs will take on Marine who welcome the Premier League giants for their third round FA Cup game oN Saturday.

The eighth-tier side will feature against the Premier League giants Tottenham live on BBC
one on Sunday January 10th with kick-off scheduled for 5pm.
