The former Liverpool and Ireland player Jim Beglin has issued an apology to Manchester City fans over he’s ‘Emptyhad’ comment while on commentary duty for the Manchester City vs Chelsea game at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester.

It’s Ok Jim we all know about the Manchester City fans… Regardless of what you might think of their fan base, they took a massive leap forward today in claiming yet another Premier League title by defeating Chelsea one goal to nil.
