There was a hurling match in Wicklow this evening and unfortunely there were some unsavoury scenes on the pitch and in the stands.

No doubt this incident will be seriously looked at and anyone involved in these shameful scenes will receive long terms bans and rightfully so ..

Such a shame to have an incident like this happening the night before the All-Ireland football final and only days after the hurling final.

Club action hurling will be happening all over the country the next few weeks and months now and the GAA will be hoping to avoid these scenes.
