The former Leeds United and Irish defender was talking to FourFourTwo and said  “John Terry is the highest-scoring defender in the Premier League, but he’s got about 210 games on me and I’m only 10 goals behind him.” The Louth man was lethal at the free-kicks and going forward and took the penalties for the Irish team.

We all know what a top, top defender John Terry was, but you can’t forget how good Ian Harte was at popping up with a goal, be it for club our country.
