Harry Kane HAS been included in Tottenham’s squad for their Europa Conference League play-off fixture this Thursday.
It seems improbable that Spurs, who defeated Manchester City in their opening Premier League fixture yesterday, are playing European football so early in the season.
Yet, come Thursday they will be taking on Pacos de Ferreira in Portugal in the first of a two-legged tie which will determine which side progresses to the Europa Conference League group stage.
In what’ll come as positive news from Spurs fans’ perspective, Sky Sports report that talisman Harry Kane is part of the squad which will be travelling to compete in the game.

ESPN reported earlier today that Manchester City are prepared to break the British transfer record again in order to sign Kane in the final two weeks of the summer transfer window.
Spurs will likely be anticipating a move from City, whose toothless display at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium reaffirmed the need for Pep Guardiola to sign a new striker.
With Kane now set to train with his Tottenham teammates and work on building a rapport with Nuno Espirito Santo, it can only good news from Spurs’ perspective.
Kane could be forgiven if his head has been turned by reported Man City interest, but perhaps pulling on the Tottenham shirt again will help him remember his deep affection for the club.
