Harry Kane has hit the ground running in the Bundesliga.
The England captain moved to the German giants, Bayern Munich, in the summer from Tottenham.
In 1972 Gerd Muller set the league record for most goals in a season with 40 goals in 34 games.

Then some 49 years later Robert Lewandowski scored a monstrous 41 goals in the 2020/21 season, staggeringly in only 29 appearances. That total earned him the European Golden Shoe for the first time.
Since moving to Germany, Kane has been in blistering form scoring 21 goals in 15 appearances, his latest goal coming in last night’s 2-1 win against Wolfsburg.
