Juventus wide-man Juan Cuadrado scored directly from a corner-kick during Juventus’ clash with Genoa on Sunday evening.
Cuadrado put a forgettable stint at Chelsea behind him to go on and build a hugely successful career with Juventus, for whom he remains a key player, even at the grand old age of 33.
The Colombian is also on set-piece duty for the Old Lady and was elected to take a corner won by Juventus during their Serie A tussle with relegation-threatened Genoa this evening.

The winger, rather improbably, swung the corner directly into the top corner of the goal, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance and finding the back of the net.

Only he’ll be able to tell you if he meant it, but regardless, it’s a quite fantastic goal and made the difference for Juventus tonight as they look to close the gap on the top four.
Massimiliano Allegri’s men are enduring a difficult season, but moments of individual quality of this nature leave them with a fighting chance of gaining Champions League qualification.
