New Zealand took on Japan this morning in Tokyo and narrowly got out with a win, their big legendary second-row Brodie Retallick did pick up a red card at one stage in the game for a dangerous clear out to the head.
Referees are really clamping down on any action to the head nowadays and rightfully so when you consider just how big and fast the players are gone. Players like Retallick have to be more careful and can rush into the ruck like a mad thing anymore otherwise you risk the chance of a red card and suspension. See the video below;
