Cristiano Ronaldo has been passing the time today before Portugal’s World Cup Qualifier match against the Faroe Islands tonight by trolling his former teammate Rio Ferdinand.
Ferdinand posted a video to his Instagram account of him doing “Bear crawls… working on core & shoulder stability!!” and Ronaldo couldn’t help but have a cheeky dig at his former United teammates bizarre workout.

People seem to be enjoying the former Ballon d’Or winner’s response but we’re sure his core is strong enough as Ronaldo is famous for his obsessive fitness routine.
