Real Madrid’s number FIFTY Gareth Bale fluffed his lines from the penalty spot against AC Milan yesterday.
After a loan spell back at Tottenham which was a real mixed bag for the Welshman, he now looks set to compete for minutes in Carlo Ancelotti’s squad.
Ordinarily, you wouldn’t expect Bale to have a future at Real Madrid, but financial difficulties combined with the return of a manager who actually likes him have done him an almighty favour.
Though, if Bale wants to have any chance of making an impact for Los Blancos this term, he’s going to have to figure out how to strike a ball better than he did against AC Milan on Sunday.
