Argentinian bank considering to honour Lionel Messi in STUNNING FASHION

After Lionel Messi’s historic World Cup victory in Qatar on Sunday where he scored two goals in the final against France and won the Player of the Tournament award, the Argentinian Central Bank are reportedly considering putting the 35-year old’s face on the country’s 1000 peso notes.

Messi was crucial to Argentina winning their first World Cup since 1986, with the Qatar tournament the first since the death of the country’s legendary midfielder Diego Maradona in 2020.

The PSG man continues to hit the headlines, just a day after he broke the record for the most liked Instagram post with his World Cup celebration images reaching 70 million likes, 13 million more than the previous record-holding post of an egg.
