Anthony Joshua has seemingly called out Wladimir Klitschko on Instagram after the IBF Heavyweight champion posted a picture of him and potential future contender on Instagram.
Rumours have surrounded the potential fight after Tyson Fury pulled out of his bout with Klitschko earlier this month.
Promoter Eddie Hearn has quashed reports that negotiations are complete for Anthony Joshua to fight Wladimir Klitschko but Joshua’s post seems to indicate there are efforts underway to make the fight possible.
Eddie Hearn added “We are in talks with Team Klitschko and his manager Bernd Boente. I’m hopeful that the fight can be made if everything works out. On AJ, we’re working hard and we hope to have some news soon. I’ll update you when I can.”
The SportBible seem to think the fight is on the horizon also after they picked up on Joshua’s post.
