Anthony Joshua takes on Francis Ngannou on March 8th.
‘AJ’ becomes the second boxing opponent for the former UFC heavyweight champion after he made his debut against Tyson Fury in October.
‘The Gypsy King’ was expected to make easy work of the MMA star but it turned into one of his hardest fights.

Naturally, fight fans will compare Fury’s performance with Joshua’s when he fights same opponent.
Speaking to DAZN Joshua was asked if he aimed to better Fury’s performance and one-up him against Ngannou and he replied: “If I’m honest? Not at all.”
“I like to hurt people, definitely,” Joshua explained. “But if you look at every opponent that me and Fury have got in common, I’ve knocked them out. Every opponent. Or I’ve stopped them.”
“So I’ll just do what I need to do [against Ngannou]. I’ve never been in competition with [Fury] anyway, in that sense, but if you are talking and facts and stats, everyone that we fought that’s similar, I’ve ended up breaking their face or knocking them out, so we’ll see what happens.”
