Aaron Connolly the 21 year old Irish International has been forced to delete his twitter account for abrase of online abuse, it’s believe to be from online punters after Connolly failing to miss that chance late in the game to make it a two nil win for Brighton at home to Tottenham on Sunday night.
I hate when things happens like that Aaron Connolly played really fecking well when he came on, but because he missed one sitter he’s being slated on Twitter… it was actually a fantastic block than a poor miss

Brighton are currently just above the drop zone, well seven points now after that massive win against a Tottenham side who are really starting to struggle now and questions being asked about their manger Jose Mourinho.
Brighton are above Fulham, Sheffield United and ‘Big Sam’ West Brom, it’s going to be a real Titanic struggle at the bottom to see who stays out of the drop this season. One thing is for sure though, social media really has to do a lot more to protect individuals from the abuse that goes online behind a keyboard.
