History is and will always be written for world champions. And as much as you hate it, that’s South Africa.I think the Boks would be the Best “World Cup” Team in History, for the reasons stated. The 2015 AB team was certainly consistently the best team on the planet.

The All Blacks team who won the 2015 RWC didn’t play the British & Irish Lions. Richie McCaw, Dan Carter, Ma’a Nonu, Conrad Smith, Ben Smith all retired before 2017. Unless we are talking about the 2005 Lions tour, where NZ won the Series 3-0?

RWC 2023 is done and dusted. South Africa # Springboks crowned as World Champions. Does it matter what has been players of rugby has to say. Can they in the long road of history say 4x World Champions. We THE SPRINGBOKS have made history. So get over it. “Hush world babies and start preparing for 2027”
