Since leaving Manchester United in 2005, Roy Keane has had a love/hate relationship with United supporters but a little bit of his love for the club shone through during his Champions League analysis for ITV this week.
Keane attended the Etihad stadium for Manchester City’s Champions League clash with Barcelona and Roy said he wasn’t “enjoying it that much” (City beating Barcelona.)
Keane also admitted that going to his former club’s rival ground, was probably a “bad decision” after Lee Dixon said that Roy is a “glutton for punishment.”
Keane has been quite critical of United since becoming a pundit but it’s clear to see that the Cork man still has a place in his heart for the red side of Manchester.
