Wycombe Wanderers put on a brave display against the mighty Tottenham Hotspur but they were ultimately outclassed thanks to two quick-fire goals by Harry Winks and Ndombele.
Wanderers – who are bottom of the Championship – went ahead in the the 25th minute when Fred Onyedinma slotted home from close range.

Spurs then pulled away very late in the game when Harry Winks pulled the visitors ahead with a brilliantly placed goal in the 86th minute.

Substitute Tanguy Ndombele confirmed the victory for José Mourinho’s men a minute later as he netted his first of the game in the 87th minute.

Ndombele’s second goal got people talking after some very fancy footwork had the Wycombe defence in knots before he cooly slotted home in the 93rd minute wrapping up the game at 4-1.
