Nicolas Pepe has just shown the footballing world why Arsenal spent £72m on him, Arsenal fans are just wondering why he doesn’t do this more often.
The Ivory Coast international picks the ball up on the left wing and faces up with Portuguese defender Nelson Semedo first.
He nutmegged Semedo first and muscled him off the ball before running into Neves next. He then does Neves the exact same way before setting himself up on his right foot for a brilliant curling effort.
Rui Patricio didn’t stand a chance with the power, curl and the distance it was shot from. A moment of pure brilliance from Pepe and Wolves were helpless.
