Luis Suarez has just become tied top scorer of La Liga for the season which isn’t bad for a 33 year old. He now has 8 goals and 1 assist in 11 games played this season and he is showing no signs of stopping. Atletico’s other attacking option Diego Costa will be leaving the club in January so it gives the Uruguayan a better chance at becoming the League’s top scorer this season. Barcelona might be regretting getting rid of Luis on a free with Suarez taking Atletico to the top of the table 10 points ahead of the Catalan side.
