Video: Eberechi Eze with a stunning solo goal for Crystal Palace

Eberechi Eze has turned on the style for Crystal Palace today as the young Palace midfielder breezed past the entire Sheffield United team with Eze before placing the ball into the bottom right hand corner with ease. The former QPR man made the transfer from one London club to another in the summer of 2020 for a fee reportedly in the region of £17m as per Transfermarkt.

He picks the ball up well into his own half and makes his way past Oliver Norwood first before then skipping past Chelsea loanee Ethan Ampadu, Eze then opened himself up outside of the box and placed the ball into the bottom right hand corner with a curled effort. This goal came just 5 minutes after the young player was subbed onto the pitch in place of the first goal scorer Jeffrey Schlupp. What an amazing way to break into the game as a super sub and he’s really battling for a starting place in Roy Hodgson’s squad.
