West Ham captain Declan Rice recorded himself taunting new signing Jesse Lingard while he was in the bath following a bit of confusion over who takes penalties at the club.
The Hammers were awarded their first penalty of the season against Sheffield United on Monday and Rice had to pull rank after Lingard looked set to take it himself.
In the video Lingard can be seen browsing his phone as he had a soak and Rice comes up to him and says: “He knew he had to give me the pen!”

Initially Lingard wasn’t too impressed with his new captain putting his foot down but the two didn’t care much when Rice slotted home to give the home side the lead in the 41st minute.
West Ham finally have their penalty 👀
Jesse Lingard wasn’t overly-happy to let Declan Rice do the honours, but was the first to congratulate the West Ham star after he puts it away 🙌

The Hammers signed Jesse Lingard on loan until the end of the season after the 28-year-old found it difficult to break into Manchester United’s starting XI.
