Tyron Woodley joined by boxing legend in training ahead of Jake Paul bout

Former UFC champion Tyron Woodley has taken to Twitter to reveal he is training with Floyd Mayweather about of his bout with YouTuber Jake Paul.

Woodley is the second UFC fighter to agree to step into the ring with Paul, with Ben Askren having been knocked out by the former Disney star in the first round of their fight.

Askren looked as though he was only in it for the payday, so we’ll be hoping that Woodley doesn’t have the same motives, meaning we actually get a fight worth watching.

The early signs are positive, with Woodley evidently taking his boxing training seriously. He took to Twitter to tell his fans he had been joined in his camp by one of the GOATs.

Mayweather has recently fought Jake Paul’s brother, Logan, so can probably give Woodley some important words of advice as to what to expect from the controversial YouTuber.

What started as a circus now looks to be becoming very real, even if the hardcore boxing fans will be understandbly resistent to entertain these kind of bouts.
